BAMF Squad is a membership club for the most loyal fans of the Houston Outlaws to provide them with exclusive access, merchandise, and experiences.
what is deadlock tier?
Deadlock Tier is the most premium membership level of BAMF Squad limited to 250 charter spots for year one, with very exclusive benefits including a premium loot box, a priority pass for Outlaws events, a follow back on social, birthday shoutout content and other exciting experiences that will be announced throughout the calendar year.
How much does deadlock tier cost?
Deadlock Tier is an annual membership priced at $250, good until March 16, 2022. Charter members will have first right of refusal on renewal for the next year.
what is in the loot box?
The Deadlock Tier Loot Box will include a premium collectible box and contents that are to be determined by the Houston Outlaws.
when will i get my loot box?
The loot boxes should ship no later than June 30, 2021 for all memberships sold by May 31, 2021. All members will get an email notification when it ships.
What is the Return Policy of the physical goods as a part of the Deadlock Tier membership?
In the event the products within a Box received are defective or include sizes different than the size you selected please send your inquiry to [email protected] within seven (7) days of receiving your box to coordinate an exchange. You may be required to return the products as directed.
Do you ship outside the US?
At the moment we do not ship outside the US. We will update the BAMF Squad when we are able to accommodate fans internationally.
Can I gift a membership?
Memberships are non-transferable, however if you are wanting to gift this to a friend, please contact [email protected] to set up.
How will I receive notifications regarding my Deadlock Tier membership?
All communications will be handled through special channels set up by the Outlaws through email, text and Discord.
